  About a month or so ago I had a bad experience here. Poor customer service, the woman at the desk was VERY rude. I wrote a bad review right after the incident but for some reason it was deleted, so I'm taking the time to write ANOTHER bad review. I had an issue with the car wash; I entered the wash when it told me to, however the lights NEVER came on. I rolled in slow, backed up, did it again..and nothing still. So I went inside to let them know the problem; I was calm and wasn't mad at ALL, I understand machines break, it happens. However, the response I received from the woman behind the desk, who seemed like a manager of some sort, was rude. She immediately said it was Human error on MY part and I obviously did something wrong. I explained about the lights not turning on and the sensors not responding to my car and she kept saying "no ma'am, nothing is broken, nobody today has complained, this is an error on you". She was then done with me apparently and said nothing more, took my receipt and gave it to an attendant who came outside to assist me, he too wasn't that nice. Basically ALL trying to make me feel stupid and like I was a burden. He wouldn't let me type anything in to the keypad, wouldn't give me the chance and then the lights acted up AGAIN! It ended up working, but I can't believe he didn't notice it malfunction a little bit, I know he saw the glitch. I use that car wash ALL the time and never had a problem. I told that to them too but she just kept saying it was MY fault. Annoying and ignorant management!
